Motor Claims Handler

Salary £21,800 - £26,000

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Bolton

We're currently working with a leading insurance company, they love supporting development and offer excellent opportunities for growth. They're currently on the lookout for experienced Motor and Property Claims Handlers.

If you're experienced in Claims Handling and love providing world class customer experiences then this could be the role for you!

Claims Handler duties:

* Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence

* Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities

* Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers

* Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting

* Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved

* Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
