Claims Handler (Culmhead)

We are currently looking for people who have excellent customer service skills, a stable work history and a drive to pursue a new career path. You must be motivated and have the confidence to work on the phone.
Where: Culmhead, TA3 (MUST DRIVE – no transport to the office)
Salary: £22,308
When: Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm, core hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays on a rota basis and occasionally a bank holiday.

What will you be doing?
Being the first point of contact for customers
Ensuring all phone calls are answered in a timely manner and maintain high levels of phone availability as and when required in line with business demands.
To liaise with other members of staff to ensure they are compliant with company
Ensuring the customer is up to date with all relevant information.What we need from you:
Previous customer service experience
