Claims Executive / Full time / Permanent / Hybrid / Bedford
My client, a well-recognised insurance organisation, are looking for an experienced Claims Executive to join them on a full-time basis in their Bedford office. Within this role you will handle claims from cradle to grave and ensure clients are kept informed on the progress of their claim. As a Claims Executive you will develop relationships with a number of stakeholders and should be experienced in a similar role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Attend clients premises when there is a case of a large or complex loss and provide comprehensive knowledge in regards to their claim and settlement
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders including insurers and loss adjusters
Communicate throughout the clients claims journey and ensure the team are kept up to date with any relevant information
Provide advice and promote the service on offer within the claims team alongside keeping up to date with any new products or services
Provide claims reports for the renewal team and attend client meetingsEssential skills and criteria:
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong working knowledge of general insurance classes
Cert CII qualified or currently studying for the qualification (desirable)
Strong technical insurance ability
Previous experience in working with clients with excellent skills in customer service
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and efficiencyPackage:
£50,000 base salary
Hybrid working – Minimum 3 days in the Bedford office
