We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Pension and Investment Claim Assessor to join our growing team.
As a Pension and Investment Claim Assessor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and processing pension and investment claims. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive accurate, timely, and fair assessments of their claims. You will work closely with our client services and financial advisory teams to maintain our high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Pension and Investments Claims Assessor:
* Assess and process pension and investment claims in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Analyse claim documentation, financial records, and other relevant information to determine eligibility and accuracy.
* Communicate with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify details.
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claim decisions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
* Compose detailed professional complaint letters
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in pension and investment claim assessment.
* Closely work with the FCA and FOS where required
Skills & Experience required:
* Proven experience in pension and investment claim assessment or a related financial services role.
* Strong understanding of pension schemes, investment products, and relevant UK regulations.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy to fully analyse DSAR’s.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working within a highly regulate FCA or SAR environment
* Ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field are preferred.
