Job Market – Insurance Claims

Property Loss Adjuster – About the role

You will handle a range of both Domestic and Commercial claims of varying complexity and value; and you’ll enjoy working to a broad and busy caseload.

Property Loss Adjuster – Key duties

Work to achieve agreed activity levels with the intention of continuously reducing WIP throughout the year

Take responsibility for issuing interim fees during the claim life cycle as highlighted centrally

Full completion of all prepared site note templates and associated documentation within set SLA’s

Assist in maintaining accurate management information by completing spreadsheets as necessary

Identify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate within set SLAs

Work to ensure correct policy interpretation and validation

Ensure files are up to audit standards at all times

Take responsibility for following agreed/documented procedures when dealing with problems and complaints

Build good working relationships with clients and staff, internal and external to the Davies Group

Property Loss Adjuster – Key requirements

High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience

Already hold or working towards recognised professional qualifications at a diploma level

Accuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approach

Demonstrable experience of organising and managing own workload is essential
