Cladding and Remedial Works Surveyor
Office: Potters Bar | Projects: Two London sites | Salary: To be confirmed
We’re looking for a Surveyor with experience in cladding and remedial works to support two projects in London. The role is based from a Potters Bar office, with regular visits to both sites.
You’ll assess the work required, help plan practical remedial solutions and keep clear records as the projects progress. You’ll work closely with the project teams, specialist subcontractors and clients to make sure issues are identified and resolved properly.
The role

Survey cladding and façade works across two London sites.

Identify defects and record the scope of remedial work required.
*
Help prepare scopes of work, measurements and supporting documentation.
*
Liaise with site teams, designers and specialist subcontractors.
*
Monitor progress, changes and the quality of completed remedial works.
*
Keep accurate site records and report on outstanding issues.
What you’ll bring

Surveying experience involving cladding, façades or building remediation.

The ability to assess defects and explain findings clearly.
*
Confidence working across live sites and coordinating with different teams.
*
Strong attention to detail and good written records.
*
The ability to travel between the Potters Bar office and the two London sites.
