About the Company

Our client is a specialist business operating within the façades and cladding sector, delivering projects across the South East.

You will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of 2–3 projects simultaneously, typically ranging from £1m–£3m in value, taking ownership from procurement through to final account.

Projects will be based across the South East, with the role offering a hybrid working arrangement from the company's Greenwich office.

The key requirement is someone who can confidently manage their own workload and projects without requiring significant day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Take full commercial ownership of multiple projects from procurement through to final account

Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within façades, cladding or a closely related construction sector
Experience independently managing projects from procurement through to final account
Experience managing projects in the £1m–£3m range
Strong commercial and contractual understanding

The confidence to make commercial decisions independently
