Working Foreman / Setting Out Engineer – Port Talbot (SA12)

Staff One Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Setting Out Engineer for a concreting project in the Port Talbot (SA12) area.

The Role

We are seeking a confident and experienced Working Foreman to join a busy construction project. This is a hands-on position where you will split your time between carrying out physical trade work and supervising and leading a site crew.

Duties Include:

* Supervising and coordinating a team on site

* Carrying out hands-on concreting and construction work

* Setting out works accurately in accordance with drawings and specifications

* Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

* Managing day-to-day activities and allocating tasks to the workforce

* Liaising with site management and other trades

* Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times

* Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Site Supervisor or Setting Out Engineer

* Strong experience within concreting or civil engineering projects

Job Duration: 5/6 Week
