We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor to join a major project on the Thames Water Framework in the Farnham/Crondall area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive supervisor with strong people skills and experience managing civils works within the utilities sector.

The Role

As Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. A key aspect of this project is stakeholder engagement, as works will be carried out in areas with significant resident and client interaction.

You will be expected to:

Supervise civils teams and subcontractors on site
Ensure all works are carried out safely and to the required standards
Coordinate site activities and manage daily operations
Liaise closely with the client and Thames Water representatives
Engage professionally with local residents regarding access requirements and project updates
Maintain site records, permits, and documentation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

Essential Requirements

✅ SSSTS
✅ Thames Water Induction
✅ Previous experience supervising civils works, ideally within utilities/water frameworks
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Ability to manage resident access requirements and maintain positive community relations
