Civils Site Supervisor

Description:

Force Contracting Services are a very well-established and successful family-run Civil Engineering Contractor based in Worksop, South Yorkshire. We specialise in Utilities (substations/power generation), Rail, Nuclear, & Property Development. We have experienced a period of sustained growth and several exciting new project wins, hence we are looking for a Civils Site Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis.

We currently have projects in various locations across the country such as Teesside, Buckinghamshire, Greater London, and Scotland, so there will be a requirement to travel and stay away, but all transport and accommodation will be provided.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Supervising civil works to ensure they are undertaken safely and in accordance regulations and guidelines.

* Inspecting the site to identify and remove potential safety hazards.

* Keeping and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of construction employee attendance.

* Monitoring and assessing the performance of construction employees and implementing disciplinary measures as required.

* Analysing structural drawings to ensure construction projects are in strict compliance with design, safety, and budget specifications.

Requirements:

* SSSTS

* Willing to get CTC Clearance (clear DBS preferred)

* Proven experience within the Civil Engineering/Construction Industry or a similar industry where skills are transferable
