Description:
We are recruiting for a Civils Site Manager for an immediate start in Shetland.
This is a temporary position for 3-4 months with a view to follow on work.
Flights, accommodation and transport in Shetland would be provided.
The working hours are 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 7am - 3pm at weekends.
The rotation is 10 days on 4 days off.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaise with specialist contractors and sub-contractors on site.
Organise and coordinate all labour on site.
Ensure a high standard of health and safety is maintained at all times
Make sure all timesheets are correct and general paperwork is kept up to date.
Ensure all plant and machinery are used efficiently and safely.
Maintain the site, ensuring it is kept tidy at all times.
Ensure high productivity levels across the site.
Responsible for the compliance of the Quality & Environmental Management plans.
Qualifications:
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Driving licence
