Overview

Our client are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary role for 8 months to oversee a new build college. This is a fantastic opportunity.

Key site management responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope and within budget.
Co-ordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and report of project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Maintain site documentation, including site diary, progress reports, and health and safety.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.Requirements

Proven experience as a Civils Foreman
Strong knowledge of civils processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Valid SMSTS/ SSSTS, CSCS card and first aid (optional).
