CS&A Engineers (From Engineer to Principal Engineer Level)

Location: Warrington

Salary: Competitive & Negotiable DOE

Sector: Nuclear Sector

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering organisation delivering major projects within the UK nuclear sector. Due to continued growth, opportunities are available for CS&A Engineers through to Principal CS&A Engineers to join an established team working on complex infrastructure programmes.

The Roles

You'll support the delivery of Civil, Structural & Architectural engineering packages, contributing to design, assessment, verification and construction support activities within a highly regulated environment.

Senior and Principal Engineers will also provide technical leadership, review and approval of design deliverables, stakeholder engagement and mentoring of junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and review CS&A calculations, assessments, specifications, drawings and reports.
Deliver engineering design packages to agreed quality, cost and programme requirements.
Develop and coordinate designs using Autodesk Revit.
Support multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
Participate in design reviews, technical queries and safety-related activities.
Conduct site visits and provide engineering support during construction.
Ensure compliance with relevant British Standards, Eurocodes and industry regulations.
Provide technical leadership and design governance at senior levels.

About You

Degree, HND or HNC in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar.
Experience within a highly regulated industry, ideally Nuclear.
Knowledge of structural steelwork design and relevant design codes.
Experience producing engineering calculations and design documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Autodesk Revit experience is desirable.
Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) is advantageous.
Principal-level candidates should demonstrate leadership experience and proven delivery of major projects.
