CISRS Advanced Scaffold Inspector – London & South East England

Alandale Plant & Scaffolding is seeking an experienced CISRS Advanced Scaffold Inspector to join our growing Health & Safety team, supporting major Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction projects across London and the South East.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Alandale Head of Health & Safety, undertaking statutory scaffold inspections, reviewing complex designed scaffold structures, identifying defects, unauthorised alterations, liaising with site and Temporary Works teams, and completing clear professional digital inspection reports.
Applicants should hold a current CISRS Advanced Scaffold Inspection card, or CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card highly desirable. A minimum of 10 years' scaffolding industry experience is preferred.
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
Candidates must be digitally competent and confident using mobile inspection applications, Microsoft 365, electronic drawings, cloud-based reporting systems and other digital construction platforms.
Strong working knowledge of NASC TG20, SG4, BS EN 12811, the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and CDM Regulations 2015 is expected.
Alandale will provide ongoing training, professional development and CPD support, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to further develop within an expanding safety team.
We are looking for a confident, practical and professional inspector who can work independently, communicate effectively with scaffolders, supervisors and senior management, and consistently maintain high scaffolding standards across our projects.
