Description:
We are currently looking for a Chocolate room loader to join our family run business in Polegate, East Sussex.
Duties and responsibilities
* To ensure that refiners are loaded with the correct raw material in the correct order as designated by the supervisor.
* Load liquid chocolate into tankers
* Always adhere to site rules and procedures including wearing the correct PPE.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, processes, and regulations.
* Ensure any area that you work in is kept clean and tidy – always follow the company clean as you go policy.
* Ensure that all unit and companywide procedures are complied with.
* Fill in recipe sheets or carry out any other administrative duties as required.
Minimum requirements for this role:
* Understanding of Health and Safety
* Ability to work without supervision
Physical requirements
The role can be physically demanding at times and at certain points during the day you will be loading raw materials into refiners which can weight up to 25kg therefore a basic level of fitness is required
