Chinese Speaking Human Resources Director - What You'll be Doing Each Day:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans within the entertainment industry.

* Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

* Champion initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the spirit of our brand.

* Partner closely with senior management to provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning tailored to the unique demands of the entertainment industry.

* Utilize HR analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and drive data-driven decision-making to optimize organizational performance.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation to maintain our competitive edge.

Chinese Speaking Human Resources Director - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* CIPD certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.

* Proven experience in a senior HR role within the entertainment or hospitality industry is a must.

* Fluency in both English and Chinese languages is a plus.

* In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations within the entertainment industry.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

* Strategic thinker with a track record of driving change and delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.

* Passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

* Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Job status: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 with one-hour lunch break from Mondays to Fridays.
