You’ll receive full training, recognised qualifications, and ongoing support — all while earning a strong starting salary.

The Role

This is a hands-on role supporting children with additional needs, including autism and SEMH.

You’ll be involved in daily routines, supporting behaviour, building life skills, and being a consistent, positive presence.

You’ll be working as part of a passionate team in a specialist children’s home, where children take part in a range of fun and structured activities. The training is excellent and gives you the best possible start in your new role.
