Position - Youth Support Worker
Employment type - Permanent
Location - 2 choices of location; either Bristol or Swindon
Salary - GBP24,500 to 28,500 p.a. plus 2 sleeps ins at GBP50 per shift. OTE salary is GBP29,500 to GBP33,500 p.a. Depending on experience
Hours - 40 per week working 2x16 hours with a sleep in and one 8 hour day shift

About the roles - Your role is to offer emotional support and aid life skills. Accompany to appointments or chaperone to school. Teach budgeting, housekeeping, partake in leisure activities, report writing of progress and encourage meaningful past time. Identify young persons concerns and arrange external agency support where needed.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required - We are looking for people with experience of working with he same client group who can demonstrate the skills required to give trauma informed support.
