Salary: £12.60 per hour + £85 per sleep (negotiable)

Are you a motivated and experienced individual looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team in Blackpool.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and support to a team of residential support workers.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people in our care.
* Supervise and participate in daily activities, including meal times, educational support, and recreational activities.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Act as a role model for staff, promoting best practice and professional standards.
* Respond effectively to any challenging behaviour or crisis situations.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to meet the needs of residents.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people in a residential setting.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
* Full driving license.
