Salary: £31,273.40 to £34,275 (inclusive of sleep-ins)
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join a leading specialist provider in Holbeach. Key Responsibilities:
* Support children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
* Accompany children to appointments, school, and recreational activities
* Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines
* Support with household tasks and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment
* Complete accurate and clear documentation and reports
* Promote the wellbeing and safeguarding of children and young people
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence – essential
* Motivated, resilient, and adaptable to challenging situations
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including long days (14 hours) and sleep-ins
* Passionate about supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
* Strong communication and organisational skills
