An Experienced Children’s residential Support Worker is needed in Bridgend!

Salary: £12.83- £14.83 per hour
Locations: Bridgend (CF36)
An established Home in Bridgend is in search for a new Children’s Residential Support Worker to join their growing team and become a new pillar of support for their 7 young residents. The home specialises in children with Mental health implications and Challenging Behaviour. A Children’s residential Support Worker’s duties would include ensuring the residents are always safe and happy, partaking in the many activities the home offers and record and report residents’ behaviour and mental health in preparation for residents’ monthly reviews.
The perfect candidate will have many years working in a similar setting and access to their own vehicle with a valid UK driving licence. Other duties would include helping cooking, cleaning, managing payments and supporting the progression of general life skills.
To be considered for this role YOU will need:
6 Months experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker
