Residential Support Workers – Children’s Home, South London

We are looking for skilled and committed residential support workers to join our team at our children’s home in South London, with day, night and mixed-shift options available.

Our full training programme begins in early October, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills alongside your new colleagues. As part of the founding team, you will help shape the home’s culture and future from the outset. This innovative project and model offer exciting opportunities for both career progression and personal development.

In addition to demonstrating our values, candidates will have:

A minimum of one year’s experience working directly with children and young people.

A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. In some circumstances, we may consider candidates who do not hold the relevant qualification but have exceptional experience and are willing to complete it during their employment.

Excellent IT, literacy and numeracy skills.

Salary and benefits

Starting salary: £27,500–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
