Job Title: Support Worker – Children’s Home

Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our children’s home team. The role involves supporting children’s daily routines, promoting their wellbeing, and creating a safe and positive environment.

Duties

Support children in line with their care plans

*

Assist with daily activities, learning, and social development

*

Support emotional and behavioural needs

*

Work with families and professionals involved in the child’s care

*

Drive children to school, appointments, or activities when required

*

Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed

Requirements

Experience working with children or in care settings preferred

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Good communication and organisational skills

*

Compassionate and supportive approach
