We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Children's Professionals to join our clients' premium children's services located in the affluent Cheshire countryside. Positions Available:

Registered Managers: Lead and manage our residential homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations.

Deputy Managers: Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the homes, providing leadership and guidance to the team.

Senior Support Workers: Provide direct support to children and young people, offering guidance, encouragement, and emotional support.

Support Workers Assist in the daily care and activities of the young people, creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Requirements:

Relevant experience and qualifications in residential childcare (for managerial positions).

A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to support vulnerable children.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.

Dedication to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
