Manchester, Greater Manchester £100-£140 per day depending on hours and if driving responsibilities. Driving is not essential. Monday - Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

Job Overview:
Are you looking to work with children who have additional needs and mentoring in the right direction? Then this role is for you.

Sennen Education are working in partnership with a school supporting children and young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health. You will not only be working with them to help them progress in life and independence but also their attitude and willingness to do better. Every child will be different, and you will need to adapt your approach accordingly. You could be working with a child who has a history of childhood trauma or a child involved in a gang but ultimately they all need our help!

This is an extremely rewarding role where you can build meaningful relationships.

Duties:
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in need of mentorship
- Create personalized development plans to help mentees reach their goals
- Offer advice and encouragement to help mentees navigate challenges
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of the mentoring program

Experience:
- Experience working in special education or youth work
- Ability to educate and mentor individuals effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience to support mentees through their journey
- Prior experience in mentoring or coaching is a plus
