Role: Children's Home Registered Manager or Dual Registered Manager for a NEW 3 bed EBD Children’s Home or Dual Registration max 6 beds
Location: Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire
Salary: starting £48,000 - £60,000 per annum negotiable depending upon experience and whether single registration or Dual Registration PLUS Ofsted and performance related bonuses.
Study for the Level 5 Diploma Leadership & Management is supported

My client have two new children's homes next to each other in the picturesque Belvoir Valley area of Leicesteshire. The choice is given whether you want to manage a single home or take on dual registration.
Are you a strong children's home deputy manager looking for a company to fully support you stepping up to registered manager to hold a single Ofsted registration?
OR
Are you an experienced registered children’s home manager? If so this is a wonderful opportunity for you to either take on single registration or if you want to further your experience as a dual registered manager managing the 2 homes next to each other.
As a registered manager this company ensures you have all the tools and excellent infrastructure to succeed! You will be given the autonomy to make decisions how you want your home run including the decoration and furnishing!
This company have an extensive history of achievements in the children's residential sector, they are passionate about providing the best possible care and outcomes for children and young people with emotional and behavioural disorders. Along with the support of a very dedicated and knowledgeable senior team always at hand you will be part of a happy family!
The on-call duties will be shared with the other managers and equates to one week every six weeks!
To Apply:
· You will have valuable experience already as a successful children’s home registered manager, or strong experience as a children's home deputy manager.
· You will ideally be enrolled onto or obtained the Level 5 Leadership & Management Children &Young People qualification or equivalent.
· You will be passionate about striving for positive outcomes for children and young people and you will have a proactive work ethic as you will not be micromanaged!
