Role: Children's Home Registered Manager for a 4 bed EBD Children’s Home
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum negotiable depending upon experience and qualifications and bonuses of £12,000 OTE
Study for the Level 5 Diploma Leadership & Management is supported

If you are an experienced registered children’s home manager or deputy manager ready to step up this is a great children's home manager manager opportunity as you will be offered all the tools and support to succeed plus the autonomy for you to make decisions how to run your home!
This is a lovely detached children's home in an affluent area of Gloucester and it is furnished to the highest of standards and set in it's own grounds. The children are settled and in education.
This company have an extensive history of achievements in the children's residential sector, they are passionate about providing the best possible care and outcomes for children and young people with emotional and behavioral disorders. The correct matching of placements is essential in all of their homes.
The team at the home are very dedicated. Along with the support of a very committed and knowledgeable regional manager and passionate director always at hand you will be part of a happy family! There is a HR department to support you too.
The on call duties will be shared with 2 deputy managers in the home to allow you to have a good work life balance.
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum negotiable depending upon managerial experience and if you have the Level 5 children's residential qualification. Plus Ofsted and monthly occupancy bonuses an additional £12,000 is achievable per annum!
To Apply:
· You will have good experience, as a successful children’s home registered manager, or strong experience as a children's home deputy manager.
· You must have the Level 3 or 4 children's residential qualification and ideally you will be enrolled onto or obtained the Level 5 Leadership & Management Children &Young People qualification or equivalent.
· You will be passionate about striving for positive outcomes for children and young people and you will have a proactive work ethic as you will not be micromanaged!
