We are aiming to speak with skilled & experienced Support Workers for Children and Young People, ready & able to assist with a varied load cases, all with varied complexities.

Our Workers will be expected to provide knowledge, experience, assistance & support in order to maintain a safe & stable family environment, with the wellbeing of our Young People at heart.

The Children or Young Person may be subjected to some of the below risk factors:

* Displacement

* Dissociation

* Domestic Abuse

* Substance Abuse

* Absent Guardians

* Financial Insecurity

* Living With Disabilities

* DoLS Order

* Communication Barriers/ Non English Speakers/ English as a 2nd Language

* Self-Harm

* Sexual/ Emotional/ Physical Exploitation

* Gang Affiliation/ County Lines

Our aim is to bridge the gap between care & service, meaning that we will fully entrusting in yourself to provide the appropriate care to our young people, in turn you can ensure you have a team working solely on your behalf, to ensure your service expectations are met at our end.

Conflict resolution is crucial to this role. We need to ensure all of our workers are solution driven, with great communication skills, in order to maintain a calm, professional & caring approach, whilst in hostile situations & environments deploying de-escalation methods and tactics.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records relating to Children and Young People (including care plans), upholding the principles of good record keeping.

Liaise with other professionals and agencies as appropriate for the well-being of the Service Users, including participation in care planning and reviews, providing written reports as required.

Essential Requirements:

* Valid UK Right To Work with 12+ Months Experience in a similar role

* Full CV inc. Employment History (Any Breaks Longer Than 2 Weeks Must be Accounted For).

* Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children & Adults), Registered on the Update Service. (CarePro will aim to assist with this, should you have any difficulty).

* Five Years Practical Reference History

* Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills

* PMVA (Desirable)

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Full-Time Availability (Including evening and weekend shifts)
