Key Responsibilities:

Leading performance testing activities to optimise vehicle performance
Developing and implementing advanced simulation models to predict vehicle behaviour
Analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Collaborating with design and engineering teams to apply findings from simulations and testing
Overseeing the development of performance metrics and benchmarking against industry standards
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
Communicating performance insights and recommendations to senior management

Job Requirements:

Experience in performance testing within a motorsports or related high-performance environment
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance analytics
Expertise in developing and running simulation models
Strong understanding of motorsport engineering principles and vehicle dynamics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team
Effective communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
