Chief People Officer

My client, a pharmaceutical company with plans for rapid growth, are recruiting a Chief People Officer to help develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's mission, values, and business objectives. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and driving employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent in the pharmaceutical industry.
Design and implement employee development and training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development planning.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to human resources management.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive organizational change and transformation.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Experience in talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
