Are you a Chief Operating Officer or similar, looking for an exciting opportunity to implement a strategic vision and operational excellence for a globally leading company where you would be instrumental to the company's success and expansion as well as implementing process improvements across the business?
On offer is the chance for a Chief Operating Officer to join an expanding business who provide hi-end consultancy and executive coaching services globally across Europe, America and Asia. They are committed to providing market-leading services to corporate businesses to empower them to develop their full potential. They are looking for an ambitious person to play a key role within the business and to assist the CEO in the day-to-day running and expand the business as well as collaborate with managing directors across the world.
In this role, the successful Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations with the Team Leadership and HR, optimising the processes for efficiency and allocating resources. You will be leading contract negotiation and develop internal policies to follow legal governance. You will be required to implement strategic decisions for the business' growth and responsible to manage operational risks.
