An Asset Management firm with a strong presence in the financial industry is looking for a new CFO. Our client is committed to delivering superior investment solutions and exceptional client service. We are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, ensuring robust financial health, and driving sustainable growth. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, risk management, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: **

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide accurate and timely financial information.
Lead the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders, providing transparent and insightful communication.
Assess and manage financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of corporate governance.
Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and capital allocation decisions.
Foster a culture of financial excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within the finance team.
Cultivate and grow the finance team and function.

**Key requirements and qualifications for the position: **

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the financial services industry.
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
CFA and MBA nice to have.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficient in financial software and tools, with the ability to leverage technology for financial analysis and reporting.
