Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position Operational Chief Financial Officer role.

An exciting, young, fast moving industrial technology services company that provides solutions enabling companies worldwide to maintain and operate equipment more efficiently at lower cost.

They develop their own core technologies and products which are manufactured for them by contract manufacturers before being ship to customers across the world. Their customers are typically large industrial or commercial companies with large equipment fleets who are striving to optimise output whilst also minimising cost help them achieve these business-critical objectives.

The company floated on AIM (London Stock Exchange) in 2023, and is in a very strong financial, operational and market position to significantly accelerate growth.

The role:

This is an Operational Chief Financial Officer (Board position), reporting to the business development and business strategy focused CEO. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of product development, finance, customer support, and logistics departments ensuring that the operational side of the business keeps pace with sales progression, within a tightly controlled cost framework.

The role requires the successful candidate to have a comprehensive understanding of accounting and significant general experience within financial operations, including the oversight of audits and day to day financial management and systems. The successful candidate will be able to show parallel experience where they have also driven and managed the operational side of businesses.

Qualifications & Experience preferred:

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience/evident operational experience in any business, particularly in electronics manufacturing.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
