We're looking for a Chief Estimator to take ownership of our clients estimating function, lead a high-performing team, and play a key role in securing and delivering major projects within a specialist manufacturing and security environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing the estimating team
Owning the tender process from enquiry through to submission
Developing winning pricing strategies
Managing supplier and subcontractor relationships
Identifying commercial and technical risks
Working closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teamsWhat We're Looking For
Strong estimating experience within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication
Previous leadership experience
Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills
Strong understanding of UK tendering and construction processes
