RemoteA Chief Data Architect is needed for a large Government body (previous Gov experience is not essential but the ability to be SC cleared is).

This is a critical and complex Data Architecture role that requires someone who has lead Data Architecture in complex / mixed environments including managing 3rd parties, internal resource (including contingency labour) and multiple stakeholders across several locations.

In this role level, you will:

oversee the design of multiple data models and have a broad understanding of how each model fulfils the needs of the organisation
be accountable for supporting and aligning to the organisation's data strategy
champion data architecture both internally and through collaborating and communicating at the most senior levels across government
set, and ensure, the standards and ways of working for the data architecture community are adhered to
be accountable for assuring data models at the level of a project or enterprise
provide advice to project teams and oversee the management of the full data product life cycle
be responsible for ensuring that the organisation's systems are designed in accordance with the enterprise data architectureSkills needed:
