Chef Trainer – QSR Branded Restaurant Group
* Full-time or Part-time (3 days per week)
* Remote working with Travel across the UK

* Kitchen Chef Trainer for QSR Branded Restaurant Franchise
We are looking for a talented Chef Trainer to help grow and oversee QSR Franchise operations across the UK. You will travel to a network of delivery kitchens across the UK to ensure that the franchisees are operating smoothly and cooking and delivering to standards. We are looking for someone willing to get hands-on, learn about the industry, and be able to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. The role requires travelling nationally (paid), and all sites are accessible by train from London. Full training provided.
Responsibilities
* Onboard and train new franchisees: help them learn how to cook our brands
* Run regular checks on-site and help them cook more accurately and better.
* Support customers and solve site issues when they arise.
* Talk to customers and share feedback with the broader team, proposing new ideas to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
* 1-3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment and or catering role.
* Could suit a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef Trainer, Chef Manager, Operations Manager, Catering Manager, Franchise Training Chef.
* Able to travel and visit kitchens across the UK, talk to customers and help them cook our food well.
* Friendly, positive, and clear communicator and enjoy meeting new people.
* Fluent in English with rights to work in the UK.
