Staff Restaurant Chef – Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

C&N Recruitment are currently on the search for a dynamic chef that wants to work Monday to Friday but still working with fresh food. Our client, a 4* hotel based in St Albans are looking for a creative chef that can produce stunning food, within budget, to feed the staff working on site.

You will have control over what you cook, preparing and cooking for the staff, but you will need to be creative as the hotel as a diverse workforce so will need to cater for all.

The role:

* 3 daily meals to be produced.

* Cater for all colleagues.

* Gain feedback on meals.

* Keep paperwork up to date.

* Liaise with the executive chef with orders.

* Use imagination to change the menu, cook with the seasons.

* Have high standards.

* Make the kitchen is left in a clean and tidy state.

This is an exciting role, use fresh ingredients in the hotel, plan menus around seasons, events happening through the year.
