We are seeking a passionate chef with significant experience in locally sourced seasonal produce to join our dynamic, friendly and committed central kitchen team.

As Senior Sous Chef you would be a core part of our kitchen. Your main responsibilities would be:
• Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
• Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
• Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
• Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
• Receive product verifying invoices and quality of merchandise
• Assist in training employees to company standards and managing casual kitchen staff
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and to a high standard
• Help ensure the appropriate health and safety standards and food hygiene practices are followed
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on sous chef with passion and enthusiasm for high quality, exciting food, a real team player who is happy working on everything from simple Buffets to Gourmet monthly Fish Fridays.
Must-have qualifications
• 3 or more years' experience of working as a Sous Chef
• Trained in appropriate food safety and health and safety courses (including L2 or ideally L3 Food safety, etc.)
