We need a CDP or above who can actually cook, not just claim they can. Fresh food. Proper standards. No soggy veg, no mystery sauce, no itll be fine energy.Youll need:
- Real Chef de Partie experience
- A pulse, a sharp knife, and the ability to turn up
- A positive attitude that survives a Saturday service
- Availability that starts soon, ideally yesterday
