My client a beautiful restaurant and cocktail bar in Newbury is currently looking for a Chef de Partie with the hope to move to Junior Sous Chef.
This is an award winning highly regarded restaurant and has gained 3 Rosettes.
They are looking for someone keen and ambitious ideally with some Rosette experience
The salary is £30k with £6k tronc
