The opportunity is for a CDP to work within a lovely historic hotel, bar and restaurant. they are looking for a Chef De Partie who is brimming with enthusiasm and high quality cooking to join their team. You will be creating a variety of seasonal dishes using the very best, locally sourced ingredients available.
