What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something different as you help deliver outstanding food to a high standard. You'll:

Own and run your kitchen section with confidence
Prepare and present fresh, quality dishes
Keep service running smoothly through excellent organisation and preparation
Support and encourage junior chefs as they develop
Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
Help control stock, minimise waste and maximise efficiency
Work alongside a passionate and professional kitchen team that takes pride in every service

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has experience as a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef ready for the next step
Thrives in a busy, professional kitchen
Takes pride in producing consistently great food
Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a team
Has a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
Brings enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine passion for hospitality
