Based in a large corporate office in central London, you'll be part of a brigade of 12 Chefs delivering high-quality hospitality across an impressive operation, supporting around 200 meeting rooms and (Apply online only) events per month. As a Chef De Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering a consistent, high-quality food offering across a busy corporate hospitality operation.
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to a consistent standard.
Support the smooth running of your section during daily service and events.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of corporate hospitality functions.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness.
Work closely with the wider brigade to ensure an efficient and professional service.What we're looking for
We're looking for a motivated Chef who enjoys working in a busy kitchen and takes pride in delivering great food.
Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen is essential.
Contract catering experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
