The Chef de Partie role:
Produce a constant high standard and presentation of food.
Assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene, and safety records.
Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen.
Communicate within the team to ensure they all understand the parameters of the business through the Head Chef objectives.
Assist in communication of any food, equipment, and logistic requirements in good time prior to all service times.

Essential Skills
Hold a current Level 2 Food Safety Award
