Key Responsibilities:
As part of the kitchen team, you'll play an important role in delivering great food and memorable dining experiences.
Preparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standard
Taking responsibility for your section during service
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
Getting involved in wedding breakfasts, functions and events
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Helping ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the kitchen, takes pride in their cooking and wants to be part of a positive team.
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar kitchen position
A genuine passion for fresh food and quality cooking
Experience managing a kitchen section during busy services
A positive attitude and good team-working skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
Your own transport and a full UK driving licence are essential due to the rural location.
