Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular, privately owned hotel and adjoining pub who are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team in sunny Guernsey

Salary/Package - £35000 depending on experience
What's involved?
As Chef de Partie you will be a key component in the kitchen team and will be able to demonstrate your abilities on a regular basis. The Head Chef and Sous Chef will look to you to assit them in making sure the kitchen runs like a well oiled machine.
You will be a good all rounder as well as being creative and ambituous as there are opportunities for development throughout the group.
