Salary: £31,000 + Service Charge + Overtime
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning restaurant with rooms in Cumbria, looking to recruit a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join their exceptional kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking to step into a senior role while working alongside an experienced Head Chef, producing Michelin-standard cuisine using outstanding seasonal produce.

What's involved?
Running your section with confidence and consistency
Preparing and delivering dishes to Michelin-standard quality
Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Assisting with the development of seasonal menus
Mentoring and supporting junior members of the brigade
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety
Taking responsibility for your section and helping ensure smooth service
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
Sound like the role for you?
We're looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who has:
Experience working within a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin-starred kitchen, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
A genuine passion for exceptional food and seasonal produce
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn from an experienced team
