Chef De Partie – £31k – Beautiful Hotel – Seaside Location
An amazing, picturesque sea side hotel near Penzance requires a Chef de Partie to bring their talents to its award winning team.
This fantastic location has committed it self to serving both the local community and those visiting from further afield. Using the finest ethically sourced (and where possible) local ingredients this kitchen prides itself on its outstanding cuisine.
With a focus on inspirational cooking, that matches its Michelin listing (along with many other awards), the successful candidate will be offered a salary of £31k + overtime + share of tronc (annual reviews of this salary are guaranteed).
You will ideally have 2 years similar experience to a 2+ rosette level and be keen to expand your experience both within in the kitchen and with learning and development programmes our client can supply.
As well as CDP responsibilities you will be expected to support the Sous and Head Chef, covering where necessary.
This is a fulltime role, 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off – includes evenings and weekends.
