Location: Cambridge - Monday to Friday / no evenings & weekends

We are currently seeking experienced Chef de Parties to join our dynamic team at our canteen in Cambridge. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
·Collaborate with the head chef and sous chefs to plan and execute menu items efficiently.
·Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
·Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
·Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
·Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff members.
·Contribute innovative ideas for menu development and improvement.
Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
·Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
·Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
·Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
·Excellent communication and organizational skills.
·Flexibility to work Monday to Friday.
