Key Responsibilities
As the Chef De Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food every service by:
Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
Running your own section during busy service periods
Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation and consistency
Supporting the kitchen with daily operations
Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are always met
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
Working closely with the brigade to deliver outstanding food and service
What we're looking for

Experience cooking with fresh produce
The ability to perform under pressure during high-volume service
